What's The Difference Between Our 3 Addresses?
Nov. 2016.
We've now got three London addresses: Barking Road E13, Holborn Viaduct EC1 and Cromwell Road SW7.
What's the difference between them?
The first is, obviously, location.
- Barking Road is in East London, traditionally the industrial area of London. Our office is near the Premier League West Ham football team stadium, Boleyn Ground. The borough of Newham is composed of an amalgam of East Ham + West Ham = Newham.
- Holborn Viaduct is the first 'flyover' built in London, during the Victorian area, and was opened by Queen Victoria herself. The 'viaduct' is actually a red-painted, ornate, wrought-iron bridge with heraldic beasts and bronze statues on it, depicting business related 'virtues'.
- Cromwell Road is an upmarket area of London, near the Gloucester Road tube station, the Natural History Museum and the Victoria And Albert Museum. Property is quite expensive in this area, even for London, and the street is composed notably of banks and hotels.
The second is price.
Currently, Barking Road is our cheapest address and Cromwell Road, the most expensive. Holborn Viaduct is in the middle, price-wise, and is where we process your letters.
Holborn Viaduct also offers desk space and a meeting room, so it's good for clients who may wish either to work in central London or just meeting their own clients, occasionally, here. Wifi and drinks are free!
